These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lumaraclo.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Lumara. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability; our drops are produced in limited runs. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors — if we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping within the United States. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery — contact us at the email below to start a return.

SMS/Text Message Marketing Terms

By opting in to Lumara text messaging (for example, by providing your phone number at checkout or through a sign-up form and agreeing to receive texts), you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (such as new drop alerts and cart reminders) from Lumara at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we may send a single message confirming your opt-out.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We may modify or terminate the text program at any time; material changes will be reflected in these Terms.

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Lumara name, wordmark, product designs, photography, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Lumara and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
